The Darlings and the Dopes of the media depend upon us....they cater to our interests. They get get paid for risking their lives, and for experience that which we'll never know.... the anchors on TV are our heroes who seek out the truth... or do they? Our love of both the men and women who work diligently to gather stories of value are the tireless souls who devote their lives to a presentation in a few condensed minutes, whether their reports are in columns or on a screen. Their jobs all too often throw them into harm's way while their coverage of the news, presenting huge extravaganzas in sports and the like, challenge lies and twists of the truth; but through it all, the media does not belong to them, no.... it belongs to the world. Unprecedented presentations in entertainment, great performances in music and even some art.
