It was snowing outside when we played this gig. All of us were musicians and were anxious to play in New York. But how could I ever let my feelings be known that cutting a record was not a goal in my life. Why? Because my greatest challenge was playing my bass and doing a good piece with Danny and Floyd on our sets.
