The red, white and blue is one of the most honorable symbols in the universe. This colorful and beautiful banner has flown over this nation proudly for decades and we must give it the reverence due, whether secular or religious, but no one should ever desecrate it or its iconography. The painting you see is one which was exhibited in Chicago, in which I saw the stars of the banner flying off their hitherto indelible spots on the flag… but alas, they seemed to be flying reaching ruin as artists contaminated them. History spells out the recent events which brought it near destruction. Now however, there are men and women determined to see it made clean and worthy of unparalleled high place in our nation and anywhere it flies over buildings in the world. It has that right because it is the symbol of Americans everywhere, whose honest search for truth is their most important job. My God always bless this flag and the nation over which it flies so proudly.
